Worked as Project Lead on the Installation of AphixSoftware’s WebShop and SalesRep products, which involved:

– Liaising with the development and sales teams
– Scheduling the deployment of projects for clients.
– Training clients on how to use the WebShop and SalesRep products
– Working with third party ERP partners to trouble shoot problems

Support Desk Engineer
– Logged any issues or problems reported by clients.
– Used ZenDesk and Atlassian JIRA to manage and track support & development related issues reported by customers.

– Prepared sprint documentation & organized sprint events
– Held daily scrum standups
– Worked with product owner to organize product backlog
